ICF Construction
We are fully certified and trained in ICF installation. By utilising our approved 5-Stage Build Program we will work closely with you to deliver your project in a quick and efficient manner.
Our teams competent and efficient, capable of delivering multiple ICF units at any one time with precision and speed.
We pride ourselves on delivering quality. Through training and the implementation of our advanced Quality Management System (QMS App) we ensure quality of workmanship on every project.
Our Services
As well as our the installation of ICF we also offer a range of services to support you and ensure your project runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Trust us to bring your vision to life with the unmatched quality of ICF Structures.
ICF Installation
We can install ICF in any building structure or type up to 18 metres. For more information on the products and the applications for ICF you can read more on our products and applications page.
ICF Engineering Services
We have a Structural Engineering Team in-house that can offer comprehensive engineering services tailored to ICF construction. Providing detailed design calculations, drawings and certification for your build.
ICF Intermediate floors
To reduce delays in your building programme our team can assist with the installation of intermediate floors. We have experience in traditional floors, easi-joist, metal decking and precast.

ICF Environmental Policy
ICF buildings are incredibly environmentally friendly and thanks to our ICF environmental policy, so are we.
As part of our 5 stage building Program we follow a strict waste management policy. Our teams will separate any waste material on site into separate bags and leave it ready for collection for processing at your local recycling centre.
Concrete has a reputation of being carbon heavy. Our operations are not. We ensure we reduce and where possible, completely eliminate concrete waste. We use a precise method of measuring concrete for all projects, wash out from concrete plant is usually the only waste produced. We proactively encourage the use of waste material for other site operations.
We operate in small competent teams of 2-4 people, our small teams have less of an impact on the environment because they travel less, produce less waste and use less energy. Teams will not use petrol or diesel equipment on site. We use modern rechargeable battery equipment ONLY and 110V tools when needed.
Quality Management
For your benefit we utilise an industry leading Quality Management System, QMS app. This allows our teams to quickly and efficiently record all aspects of the build process. These records include as-built photographs of the build process and all records are digitally time and date stamped.
Upon completion of a project all records are combined into a PDF document, creating a quality document, that is directly sent to you for record keeping and inclusion into the health and safety file, where required.
The speed an efficiency of ICF means it is suitable for a wide range of construction applications
We operate an industry leading 5 construction stage programme from design to handover.
Blocks are available in various sizes where increased structural strength or thermal efficiency is required.
Our fully trained, certified teams expertly install ICF and adhere to our unique quality management system.

ICF Construction FAQs
Common questions people ask about ICF buildings, construction methods & materials
Yes. ICF construction has been around for at least 60 years and in 2010 ICF construction was finally recognised in the UK as a standard form of construction by the Valuation Panel for the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML).
ICF block manufactures must be members of the ICFA (Insulated Concrete Formwork Association) and abide by their membership requirements.
Yes. The fact that ICF blocks are 37 times lighter than blockwork means that the occupational health benefits for installers is enhanced, as manual handling heavy blockwork is removed. ICF install teams are naturally small compared to an army of block and brick layers, just from the laws of probability your risk of a lost time injury on site is reduced.
Building with ICF removes the need for large plants to be on site which eliminates the risk of plant and people interface, which is one of the top causes of fatalities in the construction industry.
Yes. Weather conditions, increased labour costs, shortage of skilled labour, volatile material costs and scarcities are a few factors which slow the progress of traditionally built buildings. The speed of ICF construction helps alleviate these issues because it’s built quicker. Buildings constructed out of ICF are completed in weeks, not months as with traditional brick construction.
Yes. ICF Structures are competitively priced against traditional building (brick and block) and timber frame. This is because we are taking advantage of one of the main benefits of ICF construction, SPEED!
We are able to deliver multiple units within weeks with a small, highly trained team of installers. Speed drives down a project's prelims (weekly site running costs), plant and material hire and also reduces risk of neutral site delays, such as adverse weather events.
