We carry ICF approved installer certification for all ICF applications. Our teams are fully trained on the installation of ICF for the construction of one-off houses, small and large developments, apartments, care homes, primary care centres and more.

Our fully trained and certified install teams have competed a comprehensive training programme.
The programme ensures that installers are fully familiar with the product and understand its limitations. They must demonstrate they are able to install ICF to the relevant designs and specifications, competently manage concrete operations, operate our QMS, manage and limit waste as well as carrying out the installation safely.
Our installers are graded to install ICF, dependent on its complexity. This ensures that the right team is delivering your project and has the relevant competency to do so.

Our 5 stage ICF building program
Our industry leading 5 stage build programme is here to ensure your project runs as smooth as possible from design stage and the way through to handover and sign-off.
Design Team, Architect and Engineer Engagement
We will liaise with your design team, review the construction drawings, provide installer comments to recognise efficiencies in the building and reduce waste.
Main Contractor, Site Manager Engagement
Will will liaise with your main contractor and project or site manager to ensure the site is ready, materials are in place, RAMs have been handed over and program of work is in place before we arrive on site.
Working on site
We will ensure all plant and materials are delivered and handled correctly on site before installing the ICF, one lift at a time (up to 2.8m), implementing our or waste management plan
Concreting - Pre and Post Pour Inspections
We will use our industry leading QMS app to records all Pre Pour and Post Pour inspection before and after the concrete installation.
Handover Documents and Warranty
Upon completion of the project we will hand over a copy of the project quality file to your main contractor to keep with the H&S file.
QuikProp ICF Struts
We exclusively use QuikProp ICF Struts. QuikProp has been designed and Certified exclusively for the installation of ICF.
They are compact and lightweight. Each Quikprop and vertical Strut weights less than 7kg, making them easy to handle on site.

Vertically installed lightweight galvanised struts get fixed directly into the ICF webs
Easy to install
Base plates are easy to fix to the sub floor using self drilling concrete screws or suitable wood screws.
Quick to adjust and level
Walls are quickly leveled as concrete is being poured by rotating the push-pull QuikProp.
